The coaches and management of the Coleraine Youth Rugby section are enthusiatic and commited to developing Rugby within the region.  Our goal is to develop the sport with a focus on lifelong enjoyment and involvment, bringing players up from the club mini section, on through youth rugby and moving them on into adult rugby, both as active particpants and as enthusiastic supporters.

The Youth Section operates on the basis of volunteers.  However, we work to ensure that coaches have relevant rugby qualifications and appropriate first aid and child protection training.  The club has a strong commitment to providing our volunteers with the opportunity to develop their coaching and officiating qualifications as needed.
